We were approached by Togal contractors in April 2017 to carry out a full refurbishment on The Rising Sun in Tarporley, Chester. Whilst carrying out the works, we came across the building below which had extensive damage from years of climbing Ivy working its way into the brickwork and causing structural damage. We didn’t encounter any problems or issues but did have to prop the building up with Acrow props whilst works were being completed.
The end result as you can see has restored the building back to how it should be, with straight brickwork and clear pointing.
